Description
Product Overview
Mifamizole 25% water-dispersible emulsion is a broad-spectrum imidazole fungicide with protective, curative, and eradicative effects. By inhibiting the biosynthesis of sterols in pathogenic fungi, the product effectively blocks the formation of fungal cell membranes, thereby controlling fungal diseases. This product is suitable for a wide range of cash crops, fruit trees, vegetables, and grain crops, and provides excellent control against diseases such as anthracnose, leaf spot, black star, and powdery mildew.
Diethylammonium chloride
Generic Name: Mifamox 25% Water-Dispersible Emulsion
English Name: Prochloraz 25% EW
Dosage form: Emulsion (EW)
Active Ingredient Content: 25%
Pesticide Category: Broad-spectrum fungicide
Mechanism of Action of Active Ingredients
Mifamide is an imidazole-type sterol demethylation inhibitor (DMI fungicide). It primarily acts by inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol in the cells of pathogenic fungi, thereby disrupting the structure and function of the cell membrane, which inhibits fungal growth and ultimately leads to their death.
Its functional characteristics include:
- Inhibiting the germination of bacterial spores
- Inhibit the normal growth of mycelium
- Combines protective and therapeutic effects
- Good systemic absorption and translocation properties
- Exhibits excellent activity against a variety of ascomycetes and deuteromycetes
Mifamox has shown high efficacy against fungal diseases such as anthracnose, black star disease, leaf spot, and rice blast.
Product Features
1. Broad-spectrum and highly effective
It effectively controls a variety of fungal diseases and provides consistent protection against diseases in fruit trees, vegetables, and cash crops.
2. Strong systemic activity
The formulation penetrates plant tissues rapidly, extends the residual efficacy, and enhances resistance to rainwash.
3. Dual Role in Protection and Treatment
It can be used both for disease prevention and for effective control in the early stages of disease onset.
4. Long-lasting
When used properly, it provides long-lasting protection for crops, reducing the number of applications required.
5. Safe and Environmentally Friendly Formulations
Water-in-oil emulsions offer good dispersibility, are easy to use, and are relatively safe for crops.
prevention and treatment target
Suitable for use on the following crops and for the control of the following diseases:
| crop | Disease Control |
| Citrus | Penicillium rot, anthracnose |
| bananas | Anthracnose, Black Star Disease |
| maize | Rice Blast |
| Wheat | Powdery mildew, leaf spot |
| Cucumber | Powdery mildew, anthracnose |
| Apple | Leaf Spot Disease |
| Mango | Anthracnose |
Dosage
Using the Spray
It is recommended to apply a uniform spray at the first sign of disease.
| crop | prevention and treatment target | Recommended Dilution Ratio |
| Citrus | Anthracnose | 1,000–1,500-fold dilution |
| bananas | Black Spot Disease | 800–1,200-fold dilution |
| Cucumber | Powdery mildew | 1,000-fold dilution |
| maize | Rice Blast | 800–1,000-fold dilution |
Recommendations for Use
- It is recommended to apply the pesticide in the early morning or late afternoon.
- Spray evenly on both sides of the leaves
- Reapply the pesticide every 7–10 days, depending on the severity of the disease.
- It is recommended to apply a light spray after rain.
Guidelines for use
Scientific Rotation of Medications
To reduce the risk of resistance, it is recommended to rotate the use of fungicides with different modes of action.
Optimal Timing for Pesticide Application
Taking preventive measures early, during the initial stages of disease onset or under environmental conditions conducive to disease development, can yield better control results.
Observe the safety interval
For different crops, strictly adhere to local pesticide registration regulations and safety harvest intervals.
Precautions for Dispensing Medications
Avoid mixing with strongly alkaline pesticides; when preparing the solution, conduct a small-scale mixing test first.
safety protection
When applying the pesticide, wear protective clothing, a mask, and gloves to prevent direct contact of the pesticide solution with your skin and eyes.
Storage and Transportation
- Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place
- Avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures
- Keep away from food, animal feed, and children
- Stable storage when not turned on
