Description
Diethylammonium chloride
Fenthion 60% ULV
Mechanism of action of the active ingredient
FenthionorganophosphorusBroad-spectrum insecticides that work by inhibiting pests' internalAcetylcholinesterase (AChE)Activity, blocking the hydrolysis of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, resulting in the continued transmission of nerve impulses, causing rapid paralysis and death of pests. Combined withTouch, stomach and fumigationTriple mode of action with someendotropic conductivity (e.g. of rainforests)Strong penetration and long residual period. It has excellent preventive effect on both agricultural and sanitary pests (mosquitoes, flies, bedbugs, cockroaches, etc.), and it is a rare sanitary pest control agent for both agricultural and sanitary purposes.
Product Features
| Specificities | Instructions |
|---|---|
| Ultra Low Volume Specialized | 60% high concentration ULV dosage form, designed for ultra-low volume spraying and thermal fog machine, fine droplets, wide coverage, water and drug saving |
| Triple action + internal suction | Touch + stomach poison + fumigation, with a certain degree of endosorption, kill hidden pests and flying pests thoroughly. |
| Extremely long residual period | A single application can last for weeks to months, providing continuous control of mosquito and fly breeding sites and crevice pests. |
| Broad-spectrum multi-scenario | It can be used for agricultural pests such as cotton, rice, fruit trees, vegetables, etc., as well as public health and storage pests. |
| Highly permeable | It can penetrate the body wall of insects and plant epidermis, and is effective against hidden pests such as leaf mites, mesquite and leaf miner flies. |
| quick-acting, low-toxicity | Low toxicity to mammals but high efficiency to pests, better safety than traditional high-toxicity organophosphates |

Guidelines for use
-
Optimal application period: Agricultural pests are applied from the peak egg hatching stage to the lower larval stages; sanitary pests are treated at peak activity or early breeding stages.
-
ULV Application Points: Use professional ultra-low-capacity sprayers or thermal fog machines, with droplet diameters controlled at 50-100 microns; wind speeds of 1-3 m/s are desirable when applying drugs to ensure that droplets are evenly suspended and settled.
-
delayed spraying: To control mosquitoes, flies, bedbugs, brush or sprayer can be used to brush the liquid on the wall crevices, bed board crevices, windows and mosquitoes and flies inhabited, the period of effectiveness can be up to a few months.
-
mixing taboo:Do not mix with alkaline pesticidesIt is susceptible to poisoning of cruciferous vegetable seedlings and pear, peach, cherry, sorghum and hops, so care should be taken when using it.
-
sensitive crops:: ForMore toxic to dogs and poultry, animals need to be segregated when used in livestock farms; high toxicity to bees, avoid use during flowering period.
-
safety interval: Depending on the crop and use scenario, the general safety interval for agricultural use is 14-21 days; public health use is subject to local regulations.
-
environmental safety: Toxic to fish and aquatic organisms, stay away from aquaculture areas; risk to birds, avoid extensive use in bird sanctuaries.
Batch Application Recommendations
-
Cataloging: Combine Chlorpyrifos 40% and 45% into the ”Chlorpyrifos Series”, which is presented as a concentration tab on the front end of the website to reduce content redundancy.
-
ULV ZoneFenthion 60%ULV may be classified separately under ”Public Health/Storage Protection” to provide a scenario-based separation from agricultural pesticides.
-
Compounding Advantage PagePerchloro-Mar, as the only compounded formulation, could be differentiated by adding the label ”Dual Mechanism Synergy” at the top of the product page.
-
Nematode ZoneThiazophos, as the only nematicide, it is recommended to create a separate category ”Soil Health / Nematode Control” to facilitate accurate searching by customers.
